Hosted by the Joint Frequency Management Office PACIFIC (JFMOPAC), this 5 day conference will be the forum for JFMOPAC to meet the Frequency Managers from each regional office. The conference consists of sessions and discussions regarding updates in the frequency and spectrum areas, with exhibit days Tuesday July 24 and Wednesday July 25. These display days allow vendors to showcase the latest advancements in telecommunications technology shared with theater nations. Vendors can also attend conference sessions.
The DoD, Federal government/non-government agencies and Pacific host nations/government representatives, both civil an dmilitary, will be on hand. This is an excellent venue for improving U.S. relationships with regional partners.
The Federal government continues to push telework as the need for a mobile workforce becomes more apparent. The Telework Exchange will host its 11th semi-annual Town Hall Meeting on May 2, 2012 to look at the fundamentals that empower a successful workforce- regardless of from where employees work.
Specifically, the event will address both telework technology and management methods necessary to support telework programs. Government and industry leaders will speak directly to the best practices and lessons they have learned regarding telework management and implementation.
Join more than 900 attendees, including agency executives, program and IT directors and managers, telework coordinators, advisors, industry partners and affiliated organizations working together for an efficient, mobile government.
